Frankie Cruz has been involved in the fitness industry his entire entrepreneurial career. Starting as a solo personal trainer, he soon expanded his expertise by establishing a remote training startup. After exiting his start up, he collaborated with a number of influencers and experts to write the definitive fitness industry exposé to promote scientific literature in the field.
He established Trainbia with the goal to give gym owners the exits they deserve.
